Since we born we build masks. Layer after layer the child in us disappears to give effect to a set of social norms. The gap between what people think of me and what I really am is covered by a lie that takes many forms and expressions. Who among us has not been forced to show interest in moments of boredom or smiled in moments of sadness?
If society dictates that we have to interact in a different form than the one we are then try to find moments where we can take off the mask and relax for the lie does not become a habit so strong that we forget who we really are.
